Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content across digital and print channels. The role involves translating concepts, brand guidelines, and business requirements into explicit and engaging visual designs. You will create marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, website assets, promotional content, and other visual communications while maintaining consistency across brand touchpoints.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, content, and other teams to understand project objectives, develop creative concepts, refine designs based on feedback, and deliver high-quality final assets. The role also involves managing multiple design projects, preparing files for different formats, and staying aware of current design trends and visual communication practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or comparable software.
- Ability to create visually engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to translate ideas and requirements into effective visual concepts.
- Good understanding of branding, visual identity, and maintaining design consistency across different formats.
- Ability to prepare and optimize design assets for web, mobile, social media, and print.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with basic motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX principles, or digital content creation is an advantage.
- Creative, adaptable, proactive, and willing to continuously develop design skills and explore new visual trends.
