Built over 27 years, it has grown into one of the largest agri-services businesses in the country, with deep roots in regional Australia and long-standing relationships with the farming communities it serves. As the business continues to grow, it's investing in the marketing capability needed to support that growth: stronger demand generation, consistent brand as it expands, and a team built to scale.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the GM of Marketing & Innovation, this newly created role exists to give the business the marketing capability it needs to keep growing, leading a team of three direct reports responsible for the brand, content, and demand-generation work that supports the business's growth across livestock, wool, and real estate.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set direction and quality standards for the team, own delivery end-to-end, and act as the GM's right hand in translating growth priorities into marketing that delivers.



Alongside leading the team, you'll personally drive integrated campaign delivery end-to-end, owning the marketing technology that supports it.

This isn't a hands-off oversight role; you'll be in the work driving the pipeline as well as leading it. You'll also carry a explicit mandate to modernise how the team works, evaluating and embedding AI-assisted tools and workflows to let marketing output scale with the business.

As the business continues to grow, you'll be one of the people closest to that growth story, with real scope to shape how marketing contributes to it.

ABOUT YOU

- 7+ years' broad marketing experience spanning brand, content, campaign management, and digital — you've built your career as a generalist, not a single-channel specialist.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience owning brand standards and running
