We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our food operation to the next level.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operations, lead and develop the team, maintain exceptional food standards, and help create menus that keep our guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and execute seasonal menus
- Manage food costs, ordering and stock control
- Manage kitchen rosters and labour costs
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals
- Lead a smooth and consistent service

About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of food costs and stock control
- Passionate about quality, consistency and presentation




- Able to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Positive, professional and team-focused attitude

Required Certifications & Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certificate
- Current Hygiene and Food Safety training
- Allergen awareness training
- Current First Aid certificate is highly desirable
- Any additional hospitality or management qualifications are advantageous

What We Offer

$100,000 super, negotiable for the right candidate, based on experience and skills.
