Your background:

We are looking for an experienced hospitality skilled with a background in luxury to lead and team of 6 staff for a beautiful, luxury residential site on Sydney's harbour.

We are looking for people with experience in one or more of the below areas;

- 5 star hotel and resort backgrounds
- Private estates, and high-net-worth property/asset management
- Luxury residential concierge services
- High end real estate backgrounds + fine-dining restaurant management

Please only apply if you have backgrounds in the above – candidate who do not have senior hospitality leadership experience will not be considered.

Opportunity for creativity - you will be creating events and activations, involved in lifestyle activations The role:

The primary function of your role is to ensure that the property and all times is immaculately presented and that the team you are leading at all times are delivering exceptional, five star guest services.

You will also be required to;

Managing a small team of staff, 6-8 concierge + delivery staff, including training and rostering of the team

Managing external vendors and supplier relationships

Guest services - concierge

Providing reception and administration services with team

Utilise a high degree of technical ability with a range of platforms and systems

Working with building management and head office

Create bes
