- Maintain a hands-on approach to campaign delivery, diving into ad platforms to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and contribute to ad-hoc copywriting as needed.

- Utilize a commercial mindset to interpret key financial data, including EBITDA and P&Ls;, to inform strategic decisions and manage budgets effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a senior performance or growth marketing leader within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand is essential.





- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in performance marketing and paid media channels.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering their professional development.

- Comfortable in a hands-on environment, with the ability to directly manage campaign delivery and troubleshoot platform-specific issues.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and effectively collaborating with stakeholders.

- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and manage profit and loss statements.
