About the Role

As a Behavioural Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based interventions that help children develop communication, social, behavioural,



emotional regulation, and daily living skills.

Working alongside experienced allied health professionals, your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering individual behavioural therapy sessions
- Implementing behaviour intervention strategies and therapy programs
- Supporting children with autism, developmental delay, ADHD, and other additional needs
- Working closely with families, carers, schools, and support networks
- Recording progress notes and maintaining clinical documentation
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:

- Behavioural Therapy
- Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Early Childhood Intervention
- Child Development
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- NDIS services
- Allied Health or Disability Support
