About the Role

We are on the lookout for a hands-on Holiday Property Manager to take care of a boutique portfolio of premium holiday properties right in the heart of Hastings Street. This is a fast-paced, all-rounder role where you’ll be the key person on the ground making sure our properties are looking their best, owners feel supported, and guests have a excellent experience.

You won’t be managing reservations—that’s handled by our reservations team—so you can focus on what you do best: ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards, any issues are sorted quickly, and the owners have confidence their property is in good hands.

You’ll be working with a tight-knit, down-to-earth team who work hard, support each other, and know how to have a laugh.

Key Responsibilities

Property & Owner Management

Build strong, proactive relationships with property owners, keeping them informed and supported.

Regular property inspections to ensure everything is up to scratch and guest-ready.

Recommend styling and maintenance improvements to help owners maximise returns and keep properties looking fresh.

Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance, from quick fixes to major works, keeping on top of costs and timelines.

Guest Experience

Monitor guest feedback and keep an eye on reviews, always looking for ways to improve.

Be ready to step in if any guest issues escalate—solving problems quickly and professionally.
