The HR Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function within our accountancy firm. This position is designed for entry-level professionals looking to develop their skills in HR practices and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The HR Advisor will assist in various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering employee engagement and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations matters,

Qualifications:
