The RoleThis is a full-time, site-based position across the Greater Sydney Area.

You will work closely with our Construction and Project Management team and be responsible for:

- Supervising day-to-day HVAC installation works
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities
- Reading and understanding mechanical drawings
- Monitoring quality, safety and programme requirements




- Identifying and resolving site and coordination issues
- Communicating with builders, contractors and our internal team
- Assisting with commissioning and project completion
- Reporting on site progress and maintaining documentation

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with a foundation in the HVAC industry who is ready for their next step. Ideally, you will have:
- A few years of hands-on HVAC/mechanical industry experience
- Good knowledge of HVAC installation and mechanical services
- Some experience leading trades or taking responsibility on site
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of WHS and construction site requirements
- A valid driver's licence
- Most importantly, a strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire to learn and progress

You don't need to know every aspect of the business from day one. We will train and support the right person. What we need from you is the drive to learn, take ownership and grow.
