Role Description The Instructional Designer at Futuro del Trabajo SOFOFA Capital Humano will design and develop engaging learning experiences and training materials that support workforce development initiatives. This part time remote role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to translate content into clear learning objectives, interactive modules, and assessments for different audiences.

Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, structuring curricula, creating digital and blended learning resources, and maintaining learning materials within learning platforms or management systems.

The Instructional

Designer will also review and update existing content for relevance and effectiveness, gather learner feedback and performance data, and support continuous improvement of training programs. The role requires proactive communication with project stakeholders and effective time management to handle multiple projects in a remote environment.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Needs Analysis and Learning Management to identify performance gaps and manage learning solutions throughout their lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create structured, learner-centered programs and clear learning paths.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to implement, evaluate, and refine training initiatives for diverse learner groups.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, virtual classroom platforms, and common Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience designing digital, hybrid, or micro-learning solutions for professional or technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
