Role scope: Intermediate Accountant, Business Services

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for businesses, trusts, partnerships - monthly, quarterly & EOY reporting
- Working with cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB
- Supporting tax planning and business advisory engagements, including in-person client meetings alongside senior teammates




- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, liaise with ATO to best support their businesses
- Collaborating with a diverse, high-performing and supportive team

Skills and experience required:

- 2+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
- Current and ongoing right to work in Brisbane, Australia
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with clients that are businesses & trusts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
