Your Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to members, advisers and employers across a range of enquiries.
- Guide customers through a range of enquiries with clarity, confidence and care.
- Use multiple systems and resources to accurately resolve customer queries and maintain records.
- Identify, investigate and escalate issues where required to ensure the best customer outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture while embracing ongoing learning, coaching and development.
- Work within compliance requirements and quality standards while striving to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Your Capability and Experience

- A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in retail, hospitality,



contact centres or other customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication and engaged listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
- Confidence using multiple systems and learning recent information in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace feedback, coaching and continuous development.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Financial services experience is highly regarded but not essential. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
