About DivGro

DivGro is a boutique fund manager focused on rapid dividend growth investing. We are expert at identifying outstanding global companies that are growing their dividends rapidly, consistently and sustainably – and we hold these for the long term. This strategy is grounded in more than 60 years of academic research and empirical evidence which demonstrates that where dividends go, share prices follow.

Since the DivGro Fund opened to investors in 2019, we have correctly identified and captured 222 consecutive dividend increases at an average of ~14% per dividend, per company, per year. The DivGro Fund manages ~$550M across more than 200 investor families.

We are recognised as Australia's leading dividend-growth experts and have featured in The Australian Financial Review; The Australian; Financial Standard; Money Magazine's Friends with Money; and Morningstar.

The Role

DivGro is looking for someone to join our Investor Relations and Distribution team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be identifying prospective investors, engaging these investors in active conversations, following up and meeting them. You will work directly with the founders and the Head of IR and be expected to own everything you do.

There's no shortage of things to do here. There are always new prospects to connect with and conversations worth having. The pipeline should always be moving.

Please read the instructions on applying section carefully below.

What we're looking for

- High integrity is non-negotiable.
- You are proactive and self-driven, able to build your own client base from scratch, using your own ideas to identify new opportunities, and take ownership of initiatives independently.
- You're good with people and can easily build current relationships - an existing network or is a real advantage.
- Comfortable with numbers and financial markets broadly.

- You're mission-driven: this strategy genuinely changes how investors experience markets and builds real, lasting wealth. That should mean something to you.
- You're organised and systems-driven: there's a lot to keep track of and staying on top of it matters. We will teach you the relevant systems and habits, but you should have an underlying inclination to be organised.
- You're resilient: investor development has its share of disappointments and slow patches. The right candidate can keep a cool head, trust the process, and stay the course.
- You enjoy solo work: while the IR team is here to support you, a lot of the work you'll be undertaking will be done on your own. The right candidate will happily work individually to establish new connections, maintain and enhance existing relationships, and oversee their investors efficiently and proactively.
- You're patient and consistent: building a book takes time, but when done well, it can be extremely rewarding. If you are chasing short-term wins, this is not the role for you.
- You're coachable and adaptable: you'll be working closely with highly experienced people. The ability to listen, take feedback, and iterate your approach is paramount.
- Close eye for detail: The work requires precision. Whether it's investor communications, creating marketing materials, processing applications, or keeping your pipeline in order, the details are important. Trust can be lost with one avoidable mistake and takes consistent,

reliable work over time to earn. The stakes are high, so attention to detail is non-negotiable.
- You're always optimising: how can you perform your role better? How can you communicate DivGro's story more effectively? How can you make the investor experience more enjoyable? We are on the lookout for someone who brings ideas, not just execution.
- Genuine curiosity: you ask questions proactively and enjoy learning. This role exposes you to some of the most interesting ideas in investing and business. The DivGro team read widely, think deeply, and exchange ideas and philosophies constantly. If that excites you, you'll thrive in this environment.
- You find investing, behavioural finance, and business ownership and analysis genuinely interesting, not just professionally relevant.
- You have a keen interest in investor psychology: human behaviour and emotion (fear, conviction, greed, and the inability to stay the course) play key roles in driving markets. DivGro is a pioneer in mindful investing – blending psychology, behaviour and strategy to drive results – and a keen interest in this space is essential.
- You're comfortable out of the office: the best conversations happen face to face. Much of your time will be spent meeting prospects and investors outside the office, and as your client base grows there will be opportunities to travel interstate.

Qualifications

Finance or business background preferred but not essential as long as the attitude and interest in the space is genuine.

Applying For an initial expression of interest and confidential discussion, please contact Josh Veltman on +61 424 436 140. Subject to suitability, further information and next steps will be shared following this discussion. Candidates who do not complete this step, will not be considered.
