Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Renown Park, SA.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, including preparing drawings, models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include assisting with conceptual design, design development, and coordination of project details, as well as collaborating with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves contributing to project research, helping integrate technical and design requirements, and participating in reviews to refine solutions.

Architect will also assist with basic project coordination and tracking of deliverables to support timely and accurate execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed documentation.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, and digital workflows.
- Basic Project Management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with team members.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with graphic presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong visual communication, technical drawing, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, receive feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
