Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The role involves writing and maintaining code, implementing features based on technical requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting improvements to existing applications. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities may include developing user-facing or back-end functionality, integrating APIs, performing basic testing and debugging, documenting technical work, and participating in code reviews. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to apply fundamental programming concepts to practical software development tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.




- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, or similar.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frameworks is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and software architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Understanding of debugging, testing, code quality, and basic software development workflows.
- Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code with appropriate guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional team members.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and development practices.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive approach to completing assigned tasks.
- Solid interest in software development and continuous technical improvement.
