Junior Data EngineerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Junior Data Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of data systems and pipelines. This role focuses on collecting, processing, transforming, and organizing data to ensure it is accurate, accessible, and reliable for business and analytical use.

Responsibilities may include assisting with ETL/ELT workflows, preparing datasets, monitoring data pipelines, troubleshooting data quality issues, maintaining databases, and supporting data integration initiatives.

The Junior Data

Engineer will collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions. The role also involves documenting data processes, performing validation checks, supporting automation initiatives, and contributing to improvements in data infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, databases, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, data warehouses, or workflow tools is advantageous.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and document data processes clearly.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Curious, structured, proactive, and eager to contribute to reliable, scalable, and high-quality data solutions.
