With expansion underway, the firm is seeking a senior practitioner to lead its legal function and contribute to long-term strategic direction.

The Opportunity

You will take on a pivotal role, mentoring junior lawyers, and managing a rewarding caseload ideally in either Property Law or Estate Planning, depending on your expertise.

This role suits someone who values autonomy, enjoys building capability in others, and wants to be part of a firm with real momentum.

What You’ll Bring

· Current practising certificate / fully licensed Lawyer

· Minimum 3+ years PAE in Property Law or Estate Planning

· Strong technical capability and sound skilled judgement

· Ability to lead, mentor,



and support junior team members

· Confidence in managing client relationships and complex matters

· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to excellence

· Desire to contribute to firm growth, culture, and strategic direction

· An ability to work in a friendly, flat structure which is totally free of politics

· Excellent communication skills
