Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery on a steel production line
- Sort, assemble, and handle metal components
- Packing of finished products and preparing for dispatch
- Support team members to achieve production KPIs
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in production work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid hand–eye coordination
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Physically fit — able to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Full Australian working rights
