This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who wants to understand what drives performance on the factory floor, not just report the numbers after the fact. You'll work directly with operational leaders across costing, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, with real opportunity to influence decisions and improve profitability.

The Role

- Own monthly management reporting, turning financial and operational performance into explicit commercial insights
- Lead product and production costing, including margin analysis, cost movements and variance analysis
- Coordinate budgets and forecasts, working closely with operational leaders to build realistic plans




- Partner with operations and supply chain to understand the financial impact of production, labour, materials, inventory and overheads
- Provide analysis that helps leaders make better decisions on cost, pricing, productivity and profitability
- Improve reporting, processes and systems to give the business greater visibility over performance

About You

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it, with solid management accounting experience
- Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis
- Manufacturing, industrial or another operational environment highly regarded
- Commercial and curious by nature, confident working directly with non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems capability
