NSW Resources, Business Operations & Programs team are seeking to recruit a Manager – Correspondence and Briefings to fill a short-term vacancy!
- ? Part time job share role – 2 days per week (Thursdays & Fridays)
- ? 3 September 2026 to 31 December 2026
- ? Clerk Grade 11/12 | $151,792.00 to $175,546.00 + super & leave loading
- ? Location: Negotiable
- ? Open to all ongoing and temporary NSW Resources/DPIRD employees
About the Role The Manager will direct, supervise, and ensure the delivery of NSW Resources correspondence and briefings including the preparation and coordination of quality and timely Ministerial and Executive correspondence, speeches, briefing notes and related materials to meet the requirements of the Deputy Secretary and Minister’s Office. Key functions of the role include:
- In a high-pressure, high-volume environment, coordinate the flow of information across the Department to the Deputy Secretary, Secretary and Minister to ensure the needs and requests of the relevant stakeholders are met at all times.
- Provide expert leadership and direction in the coordination,
preparation, and delivery of the full range of parliamentary and ministerial material including House Folder Notes, Budget Estimates Notes and responses to Parliamentary Questions, ensuring they meet the required standards in terms of accuracy and style requirements.
- Actively identify and contribute to the evaluation of, and changes to, systems, procedures, and processes to optimise efficiency and to support the continual improvement of services.
