WestsideHQ is a growing suburban services club built around the people, businesses and communities that make Brisbane’s west such a great place to live.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to help bring the WestsideHQ brand to life and grow our presence across the western suburbs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves marketing, content, community and getting things done. You’ll work across digital marketing, social media, campaigns, events, partnerships and member communications — with plenty of opportunity to put your own ideas into action.

What you’ll be doing

- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage WestsideHQ’s social media presence and content calendar
- Create engaging content including posts, EDMs, website content and promotional materials
- Coordinate local promotions, events and community activations
- Support member acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns
- Work with local businesses, suppliers and community partners
- Track campaign performance and turn insights into better marketing
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Help grow awareness of WestsideHQ throughout Brisbane’s western suburbs

About you

You’re someone who can think creatively but also execute.

You might be a Marketing Coordinator,



Marketing Executive, Communications Coordinator or an ambitious marketer ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally bring

- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related role
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
- A practical, hands-on approach — you’re happy to roll up your sleeves
- An understanding of digital marketing, EDMs and basic campaign reporting
- A genuine interest in local communities and connecting people with great services

Experience with Meta, Google, Canva, Adobe, email marketing platforms or CRM systems will be highly regarded.
