We are scaling rapidly and looking for a Marketing Manager who can build the plan, then build the pipeline.

This is a high-visibility, revenue-generating role. You will own the annual marketing plan and - critically - its execution, running the digital and performance marketing engine that generates a predictable stream of qualified leads for our Partnerships and Growth Managers in Australia and the USA. Together, marketing and growth are the revenue engine of this business.

Two things matter enormously to us in this role. The first is that you can write - really write - for an audience of principals, superintendents, HR directors and system executives who are highly educated, time-poor and allergic to marketing fluff.



The second is that you care about the problem we're solving - we think the sustainability of workforces in social impact sectors is mission critical for the world.
