Who You Are
- Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
- Proven track record in research, publications, or complex technical project management
- Exceptional written communicator with strong attention to detail and precision
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Experience designing or reviewing problem sets, curricula, or technical assessments
- Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning workflows
