The Role

Reporting to the Head of Scientific & Medical Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in delivering medical strategy. This is a broad, high-impact position that combines strategy with hands-on execution across Medical Affairs. You will work closely with the cross-functional team to support product launches, scientific exchange, evidence generation, medical education, clinical research activities, and engagement with key external experts.

The role is Sydney based with hybrid working arrangements and regional domestic and international travel associated with Medical Affairs activities and global meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and execution of local medical strategy across established and pipeline products
- Partner closely with Commercial, Market Access and Regulatory functions
- Lead and support product launch planning and pre-launch activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and external experts
- Lead medical education initiatives, advisory boards and scientific meetings




- Contribute to evidence generation and clinical research activities, including global registration studies
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials in line with compliance requirements
- Represent Australia in regional and global Medical Affairs initiatives
- Provide high-quality medical insights to inform business strategy and decision-making

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience as a Medical Advisor within Specialty Care Pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated success partnering across Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Market Access functions
- Experience supporting product launches, pre-launch planning or pipeline assets
- Strong strategic thinking capability combined with a hands-on approach
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset suited to a smaller, agile organisation
- A passion for science, innovation and improving patient outcomes
- Exposure to regional or global Medical Affairs projects advantageous
- Clinical research or R&D; background preferred
