Aleafiate Health Clinics is expanding and we’re looking for passionate Medical Practitioners to join our growing team.

You’ll be working within a fully integrated healthcare model, co-located with a PBS pharmacy and GP clinic, supporting patients through a structured, compliant and patient-focused approach to care.

About the Role

- Conduct telehealth & face-to-face consultations
- Provide ongoing patient care and treatment planning
- Work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment
- Option to participate in telehealth consults only
- Be part of a growing and innovative clinic model

About You
- Registered Medical Practitioner (RACGP)
- Experience or interest in alternative therapies (preferred)
- Authorised Prescriber status (willingness to obtain through our sponsorship)
- Strong communication and patient care focus
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, evolving model
