We are looking for a Member Experience Advisor to join our Membership team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our members.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace, and has strong administrative and communication skills. As a Member Experience Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our members, agents and brokers while ensuring membership transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional service to members, agents, brokers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Process a variety of membership transactions, including contributions, rebates, account maintenance, direct debits, validations, terminations and clearance certificates.
- Complete follow-up activities and administrative tasks to support member enquiries and business processes.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to resolve customer enquiries and improve outcomes.
- Support compliance, reporting and audit requirements while adhering to Fund rules and relevant legislation.
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience in a busy administrative and customer-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing information.




- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and solid relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within the private health insurance industry.
- Knowledge of HAMBS.
- VCE or equivalent qualification.
