We are currently hiring for

- 4 x Mental Health Support Workers – Based in the community across Ryde, Macquarie Park, Hornsby, Northern Beaches, Parramatta and Inner West

Mental Health Support Workers (Community Participation & Daily Living Support)

Support NDIS participants with psycho-social disabilities to engage with the community, achieve personal goals, and build essential life skills. These are dynamic, flexible roles offering meaningful one-on-one engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide recovery-oriented support for mental health and emotional well-being
- Facilitate community access and social participation
- Support with daily structure, appointments, and activities
- Assist with goal setting and NDIS plan implementation
- Assist with meal preparation, promoting independence and healthy choices
- Provide personal care support where required (including showering and grooming), respecting individual preferences and dignity




- Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS standards
- Collaborate with support coordinators, allied health professionals, and families

What We’re Looking For

- Genuine compassion and commitment to participant-centered support
- Own ABN (for contractor roles)
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Qualifications or experience in mental health, disability, or community services (highly regarded)
