Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Occupational Therapist is responsible for supervising the delivery of comprehensive therapy programs that are of the highest quality, based on current research and best practice,
ensuring that individual therapy programs meet the needs of the 121 residents and all residents are up to date with assessments and careplans. You will be supported by a lifestyle coordinator and a team of therapy assistants.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Registered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience or interest in developing, providing and evaluating therapy programs in aged care, extended care or rehabilitation services
