Your Responsibilities

As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide strategic advice to the Principal and leadership team on all corporate service functions including finance, human resources, facilities, and administration. Lead and manage a diverse support staff team, fostering capability, high performance, and alignment to the school's cultural values and expectations. Oversee financial management processes, including budget development, monitoring, forecasting and compliance. Lead facilities and asset management, including maintenance planning, contractor engagement and project oversight. Identify and drive business process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency in a large and complex school environment. Build strong relationships with staff,



students, families, community groups and departmental stakeholders, modelling the school's behavioural expectations and cultural virtues of determination, unity, courage, confidence and humility.
