As Store Manager at The Trybe Parramatta, you'll lead from the front - driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow Manage rosters and wage performance with precision Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride Create memorable customer moments every day
