Join the expanding Visy Logistics Bulk division and partner with key local external customers to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient transport solutions. Routes: Running to various local locations across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria

Locations: Based in Laverton

Hours: minimum 8 hours per day

What You'll Do

Operate and maneuver semi tipper trailers, safely loading and unloading between customers sites. Experience with scrap steel is highly regarded. Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant. Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight, maintaining adherence to schedules. Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation. Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws. Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.

What You Will Bring

A valid HC License with 2 years Australian driving experience. Experience with tautliners, flatbeds, retractable or container trailers.



Sound knowledge of the VIC metro & regional area Provide a full 5-year demerit point history report. Excellent communication, time management skills and a solid commitment to safety and teamwork. A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws. BFM Certification - or willingness to obtain. Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment. Part of the pre-employment process, you’ll be required to successfully complete the Visy Practical Driver Assessment.
