About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, reliable Full-Time Private Housekeeper / Cook to support a busy family household in Broadbeach Waters. This is a long-term position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run home and enjoys preparing fresh, family-style meals.

The role is Monday to Friday to cover all aspects of household management, cleaning, and meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For the right candidate we can be flexible with times.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Home Management

- Full internal housekeeping (daily cleaning, tidying, vacuuming, mopping)
- Bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas
- Laundry management (washing, folding, ironing, linen changes)
- Wardrobe organisation
- Maintaining household supplies and consumable
- Occasional deep-cleaning tasks as required
- Rubbish removal and bin management

Cooking & Meal Preparation

- Prepare daily SIMPLE meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Meal planning and preparation for the household
- Grocery planning and shopping
- Food preparation, storage,



and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
- Ability to cater to simple dietary preferences

General Duties

- Coordinating household tasks
- Maintaining privacy, discretion, and professionalism
- Ad-hoc household assistance as needed

About You

- Proven experience in a similar private household role
- Confident home-style cook (not restaurant-level chef)
- Highly organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Able to work split shifts Monday to Friday (negotiable)
- Trustworthy with excellent references
- Comfortable working independently
- Current driver’s licence preferred
