In this role, you will work alongside our senior broking team, taking a deal from the recommended structure through to unconditional approval and settlement. You will prepare the application, run serviceability, package documents, and manage every lender touchpoint along the way, keeping our pipeline moving and our clients well looked after.

Responsibilities• Build compliant loan applications and run serviceability across our lender panel.

- Lodge and manage applications through to unconditional approval and settlement.
- Keep a high volume pipeline accurate and moving, chasing down bottlenecks before they become problems.




- Work closely with our senior brokers to uphold Ascendra's standard on every file.

Requirements• Minimum 3 years' experience in loan processing or a para broking role.
- Solid understanding of lender policy and the end to end mortgage process.
- Experience with mortgage broking systems, including aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
