Role Description This part-time remote Payroll Specialist role focuses on delivering accurate and timely payroll support for Plataforma en Defensa del Trabajo Social de España. The specialist will process payroll cycles, verify time and attendance data, and ensure correct application of compensation policies for staff and collaborators. The Payroll

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in core payroll operations,



including Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration.
- Experience managing Payroll Taxes and working with external or internal Payroll Services.
- Knowledge of Garnishments and related legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS tools, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part time schedules, and meet strict deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll information to non-specialists.
- Relevant education or training in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field; prior experience in payroll or HR administration is preferred.
