About The Role

We are looking for a People Advisor to join our People team on a 12-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, this role will support the delivery of people initiatives across the firm and contribute to a consistent, responsive and high-quality People service.

Working closely with our People Business Partners, you will provide generalist HR support to our Practice Groups and help leaders and employees navigate day-to-day people matters across the employee lifecycle.

This is a varied and hands-on advisory role where you will provide practical support, contribute to employee experience initiatives, and help deliver commercial and people-focused outcomes.

About You

- You will be someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, providing practical support and contributing to a high-quality People experience.
- Experience in a People Coordinator, People Advisor or similar role, with exposure to employee lifecycle processes and stakeholder engagement.
- A sound understanding of HR policies, processes and employment frameworks, supported by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide practical and commercially aware advice with support.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a responsive service environment.
- Analytical capability and confidence working with People data to support informed decision-making.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach,



with developing influencing and problem-solving skills.
- The judgement to know when to seek support or escalate matters, and a genuine willingness to continue developing into an advisory role.
