As our People Communications Lead, you'll shape and deliver impactful employee communications that bring our strategy to life. Leading groupwide communications and content, you'll create engaging, meaningful experiences that connect our people to our purpose, leaders, customers and each other, driving understanding, alignment and engagement across the business. Please note this role is a part-time role, working 3 days a week (22.8 hours).

What you’ll do

- Develop and deliver strategic employee communications that drive engagement, strengthen advocacy and connect team members to TLC's vision, purpose and priorities.
- Lead communication plans and campaigns for key groupwide initiatives, projects and business changes, ensuring employees are informed, engaged and supported.




- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide trusted communications advice, create compelling content and enhance leadership visibility across the business.
- Identify and utilise the most effective communication channels and engagement opportunities, including virtual, in-person and office-based events, to maximise reach and impact.
- Monitor communication effectiveness through reporting and measurement frameworks, using insights to continuously improve employee engagement and communication outcomes.

What you’ll bring

- Formal qualifications in a communications-related discipline.
- 8+ years’ experience in communications roles, with proven delivery of communications initiatives for large-scale projects and campaigns.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Experience in or a strong understanding of the lotteries industry highly desirable.
