THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and confident People & Culture Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery ?of Human Resources across the Quattro business. Acting as a trusted advisor to Executive and Operational leaders, you will play a key role in building organisational capability, driving workforce effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture.

What you will do

- Develop and drive the people and culture strategic plan in line with the Quattro Strategy.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), NES and internal policies.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support future workforce requirements.
- Drive learning and development, leadership capability and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Lead the optimisation of HR systems, people analytics and reporting, providing workforce insights and recommendations to support business decision-making




- Provide practical coaching and advice to managers on performance management.
- Act as a key contact for legal counsel on employment matters and support investigations and compliance activities.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective HR governance, legislative compliance and alignment with company standards..
- Other duties as requested by the Business Support & Transformation Manager.

THE PERSON

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with proven experience within a project, engineering or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR or People & Culture leadership role with responsibility for partnering with leaders and managing complex employee relations matters.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy outcomes.
- Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration
- Pragmatic, resilient, and able to balance compliance with commercial outcomes.
