Opportunity to join a heritage retailer going through a DTC transformation...

This newly created role will suit performance marketers from a retail background who are comfortable working with AI platforms.

I've supported the growth of this homewares retailer, including recruiting the Head of Marketing; they're a lovely team. You'll work with the Ecom Manager to create & execute the paid media strategy and have ownership of their new AI creative ad platform, Cuttable. It's a full-time, permanent role in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, WFH 2 days a week, offering $90-99k Super.

Requirements

- Experience in a similar Performance Marketing or Social Media role in Retail or Consumer Goods is essential
- Robust strategic and executional Meta Ads & Google Ads experience, building campaigns from scratch, reporting and utilising analytics
- Experience working across multiple brands, either brand or agency side
- A background creating briefs and managing output from agencies or AI Creative Platforms (Cuttable or similar), directing creative output instead of producing assets
- EDM experience and understanding how paid, organic and email work together




- Creative instincts needed for briefing video/reel strategy & UGC direction
- Experience in retail is essential, ideally from a homewares or similar interior/design category
- AI literacy is essential if you don't have experience with Cuttable or similar AI platforms (using LLMs, prompting etc)
