The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a high profile private individual. This is a unique role suited to someone who thrives in a highly personalised environment and enjoys managing the finer details of day-to-day life. You will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring residences, schedules and personal affairs are seamlessly managed.

The role will be primarily based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney,



with regular commuting between locations required.

The Responsibility

- Provide high-level personal assistance and lifestyle support, managing priorities, appointments and day-to-day requirements
- Coordinate the upkeep and smooth running of multiple private residences, including a primary residence and investment properties
- Liaise with household staff and external suppliers including cleaners, gardeners, tradespeople and maintenance providers
- Ensure residences are prepared and presented to an exceptional standard ahead of visits
- Manage personal administration including documentation, appointments, records and correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Assist with personal shopping, online purchases, wardrobe requirements
