Our Personal Carer Worker (PCWs) are highly interactive supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and Nightshifts. This role based at Infinite Care Ashmore on the Gold Coast will see you working closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector already and the ability to “think on your feet” for robust workplace safety, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also

- Ideally one year demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector
- A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday!
- Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- Computer savvy including using emails, word and navigating inhouse training platforms.
