Physiotherapist required for a 140 bed aged care facility in Cabramatta.
Role Description
- Deliver 1:1 treatment session to improve physical independence and pain management
- Conduct Initial Assessment
- Develop appropriate care plans
- Pain Assessment in accordance with ACFI
- Resident's post falls assessment
- Conducting Facility Equipment assessment and Risk assessment
- Provide Manual Handling Training to the Staff
- Facilitate Falls prevention workshop
- Conduct Exercise Classes for Residents

- Hold current registration (Full / Limited) as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
