Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bullsbrook, WA. The Physiotherapist will assess and treat musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based hands-on therapy and exercise prescription. Daily tasks include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting clinical notes, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting interventions as needed.
The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term outcomes. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with the wider team, participate in case discussions, and contribute to a supportive,
patient-centered clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, including manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient education, communication, and rapport building to support a patient-centered, empowering care approach.
- Candidates should possess skills in clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, up-to-date care.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, time management, and caseload organization to maintain accurate records and productive workflow.
- Relevant qualifications include a degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), current registration with the appropriate physiotherapy regulatory body, and professional indemnity insurance.
- Experience in private practice, sports, or musculoskeletal settings is beneficial, as is familiarity with exercise prescription software or practice management systems.
