As we continue to expand our Microsoft Solutions practice, we're looking for a talented Power Platform & Azure Developer to join our team and help customers modernise business processes through automation, data, AI, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

Power Platform Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Pages
- Power BI
- Build enterprise-grade automation solutions using Power Automate, including approval workflows, integrations, scheduled processes, and business process automation.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Create intuitive user experiences and business applications that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Build reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

Azure & Integration Development
- Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Azure, including:
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure App Services
- Azure Storage
- Microsoft Graph API
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems, cloud services, and external applications.




- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to scalable, secure solution designs.

Governance & Delivery
- Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices across development and deployment activities.
- Manage source control and release processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Support existing production environments through troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Consulting
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Contribute ideas that improve business systems, processes, and delivery methodologies.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Strong experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Microsoft 365 integrations
- Experience building workflows, approvals, and business automation solutions.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.




- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Australian working rights.

Highly Regarded
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent development.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance frameworks and CoE Starter Kit.
- Experience with API integrations and Microsoft Graph.
- Working knowledge of:
- C#

- Microsoft certifications such as:
- PL-900
- PL-200
- PL-400
- AZ-900
- AZ-204
