Working alongside Product, Engineering and Commercial teams, we combine deep customer insight with outstanding design craft to build products that are trusted, accessible and effortless to use.

As Principal Designer, you'll provide design leadership across multiple product domains as a senior individual contributor. Working across multiple squads, you'll influence product strategy,



shape design direction and solve some of our most complex customer challenges while mentoring designers through craft leadership and helping evolve Zip's design practice without formal people management responsibilities.

At Zip, we're investing in Agentic Commerce by embedding AI into how we build, operate and evolve our products. You'll help shape how Agentic Commerce, AI enabled experiences and emerging technologies are thoughtfully applied and rapidly prototyped to create intelligent, trusted and human centred customer experiences.

What you'll own

- Lead end to end design across complex initiatives spanning multiple product domains, from discovery through to delivery.
- Create high fidelity visual designs, complex interaction models and rapid prototypes that bring ideas to life and accelerate product delivery.
