The Opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Insights Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Data and Analytics, you'll play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights that influence strategic business decisions across the organisation. As the most senior individual contributor within the analytics team, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor analysts and help shape the future direction of our analytics capability. While this role is advertised as a Principal Insights Analyst,



we also welcome applications from experienced Senior Insights Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic analysis and deliver actionable insights that support business decision[1]making.
- Translate complex data into explicit, compelling stories for executive and operationalstakeholders.
- Partner with teams across Finance, Marketing, Operations and Digital to solve businesschallenges through data.
- Drive market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and scalable analytical frameworks.
- Develop and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Mentor and coach analysts, promoting best practice and continuous improvementacross the analytics team.
- Support data governance initiatives, ensuring high standards of data quality andconsistency.
