The Role

Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Process Analyst - Business Optimisation to join our team based in our corporate office in Fortitude Valley. This role will make a real difference by focusing on undertaking process redesign by analysing, standardising and optimising business processes. The Process Analyst - Business Optimisation will gather requirements,



develop refreshed and new processes and work with cross-functional teams to bring the new processes to life.

This work supports a program of service improvement enabling Anglicare Southern Queensland to achieve its objective of becoming a high performing, client-centred organisation

How you will make help us make a difference

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and key outcomes.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and areas for business improvement.
- Take in information & apply a range of business analytic tools (e.g. process maps, flowcharts, work shadowing) for effective process documentation and make meaning of context and content. Be able to use both high low-technology approaches.
