What You’ll Do
- Lead and shape process improvement initiatives across a diverse range of business functions, turning opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
- Analyse current-state processes to uncover inefficiencies, pain points and opportunities to improve performance, customer experience and sustainability.
- Design and document future-state processes that enable strategic transformation and create simpler, smarter ways of working.
- Develop clear, engaging process maps and visual documentation that bring complex processes to life and support alignment, decision-making and change.
- Partner with teams to translate process opportunities into effective improvements, system enhancements and practical solutions.
- Validate business requirements and ensure a robust connection between process design, testing and successful delivery outcomes.
- Explore and contribute to identifying opportunities to streamline work, improve decision-making and unlock business value.
- Champion process excellence through governance, standards, best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.
About YouYou’re a curious, commercially minded problem-solver who enjoys understanding how work gets done—and finding better ways to do it. You’ll bring experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence or a related discipline, with strong capability in process mapping, requirements gathering and process design. Experience working with senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded, particularly your ability to translate complex concepts and business needs into practical process improvements. You’ll be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships and bringing people together around a common outcome.
Most importantly, you’re someone who challenges the status quo. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicate complex ideas simply and clearly, and have a genuine passion for continuous improvement. Experience with process mapping tools will be highly regarded
