Purpose

To coordinate SwarmFarm's procurement function so Manufacturing, Field Operations, Supply Chain and customers have the right parts available at the right time, at the right cost and from reliable suppliers.

This role owns supplier purchase orders, replenishment and forward ordering, supplier follow-up, long lead-time risk management, supplier QA escalation, stock transfers, import coordination and supplier credit returns.

Role Function

The Procurement Coordinator turns demand from S&OP;,



Manufacturing, Field Operations and stock replenishment planning into clear supplier orders and follow-through. The role keeps supplier activity visible, manages supply risks early and ensures procurement decisions support production, field readiness and inventory control.

This is a practical operational role requiring strong supplier discipline, cost awareness, system accuracy and the ability to keep multiple sites supplied without creating uncontrolled stock growth.

Skills, Attributes & Experience

- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory or supplier coordination
- Solid understanding of purchase orders, supplier follow-up, replenishment planning and stock control
- Comfortable using inventory, procurement or ERP systems
- Able to work with Manufacturing, Field Operations, Finance, suppliers and internal oper
