We’re looking for a Product Specialist – Family & Estates to champion a leading suite of legal workflows, helping clients adopt, optimise, and get the most value from our solutions. In this pre-sales role, you will act as a key subject matter expert within the sales process, working closely with a Business Development Manager who will guide client engagement. This is a client-facing, commercially-minded role with opportunities to grow into a sales-facing position.

What You’ll Do

- Act as the subject matter expert for Family & Estates products.
- Deliver product demos,



workflow consultations, and tailored client education sessions.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to identify adoption and growth opportunities.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and provide ongoing optimisation support.

About You

- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Practical experience or exposure to law, estates, or family practice, ideally as a paralegal, legal admin, or similar client engagement role.
- Strong client focus with a confident and engaging communication style, (ideally) experienced in working with senior partners and decision-makers in law firms, and able to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
