We are looking for an Accounts Payable casual, based in Gnangara. Immediate start.

About the Role

The role is primarily Accounts Payable data entry, assisting the Finance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

- Manage accounts inbox

- Data entry and PO matching

- Reconcile supplier statements

- Respond to supplier queries

- Complete credit card reconciliations

- Process supplier payments and ad-hoc payments

- Assist the Finance Supervisor

Skills & Experience

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to process high volume

- Construction experience required

- High attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously

- Proactive and systems-driven

- Experience with Xero or Workbench (desirable but not essential)
